You answer a quick 5-question visual quiz that defines your design profile: minimalist, visionary, artisan. Send any references you love too, studios like BIG or Zaha Hadid, or any website whose look you like. This eliminates weeks of "I don't know how I want it to look."

Start with your deposit

A deposit (the first 50%) kicks off your project, paid in US dollars or your local currency. Right after, you get a welcome email from me with everything to begin and a folder to upload your materials.

Third

We design and build

I design and build your custom site with code: no templates, no design limits. We keep it simple and mostly async, mainly over email (or WhatsApp if you prefer): messages, files, and Loom video updates so you always see progress. No calls required, but we can jump on a quick video call anytime you prefer.

Fourth

Review and adjust

We review your site together on mobile, tablet and desktop, and make the adjustments you need until it's exactly how you want it.

Launch

Go live

When you're happy, the final payment launches your site live. It's yours, with full access and your custom .com domain included. No monthly fees.

1-month guarantee

For a full month after launch, any changes are free: polish details, adjust copy, or add new projects, so your site stays fully finished even after it's live. During this time your SEO and GEO is also being optimized, so you keep ranking and getting found.

Photos of your projects

Good resolution. They don't need to be professional photos: renders, construction photos, or blueprint screenshots all work.

Basic project details

Name, location, year, project type. One line per project is enough to get started.

Your contact details

Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn: whatever you want displayed in your portfolio so clients can reach you.

One hour of your time

For the quiz, to review the structure and for the final review. I handle everything else.
