Service

Nodeflowing provides custom portfolio website design for architects and creative professionals. The scope, deliverables, and timeline are agreed upon before work begins. Every website is delivered with on-page SEO & GEO optimization at launch: metadata, structured data (schema.org), sitemap, and content signals for search engines and AI engines. This covers the technical foundation only. Search engine and AI-engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, content freshness, and each engine's own algorithms, and typically take months, sometimes over a year, to mature. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or timelines.

Payment

A deposit (50% of the total price) is required to start the project. The remaining balance (the other 50%) is due when the website is ready to go live. Payments are processed through Whop, in US dollars or the buyer's local currency. The price is the one shown on the Nodeflowing website and Whop listing at the time of purchase. It may change over time, including temporary promotions, without prior notice. This does not affect projects already booked. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from when we receive the required project materials (photos, project descriptions, and any references). Delays caused by late delivery of materials on the client's side extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Revisions

Unlimited revisions until launch are included in the price, within the agreed scope, until both parties are satisfied with the result. Requests for fundamentally different designs or significant scope changes after the project has started may be subject to additional fees, to be agreed upon in writing.

One-month guarantee

For one full month after launch, changes and fixes are free: adding new projects, updating the copy of existing sections, and minor visual adjustments. This is a service guarantee, not a refund (see our Refund Policy).

Updates after the guarantee period

After the one-month guarantee, updates such as adding new projects, changing copy, or small improvements are quoted per task, typically between $10 and $30 USD depending on the scope of the request. Larger requests (new sections, redesigns, new features) are quoted separately. Requests can be sent by email, WhatsApp, or through Whop, and payments are processed through Whop. Nodeflowing may offer a self-editing option in the future; until then, updates are handled this way.

Ownership & handover

Upon final payment, the client owns the website and all its files 100%. At launch, the client receives: the complete, deploy-ready website files; the credentials of the Cloudflare account that hosts the site (created with a dedicated email account handed over to the client); and, if a new domain was registered, the domain under their own name. Nodeflowing retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Domain

If the client does not already own a domain, a custom .com domain is included for the first year. It is registered through Cloudflare once the final payment is made, and it belongs entirely to the client: to complete the registration, the client fills out a short form with the registrant details.

If the client already owns a domain, Nodeflowing connects it to the new website instead. This may require temporary access to the domain registrar, or the DNS configuration needed to point the domain to the site. The included first-year registration applies only to new domains.

After the first year, renewal costs $15/year for a standard .com domain. This covers the registrar's current price and Nodeflowing handling the whole renewal and management process. If registrar prices change, or the domain uses a different extension with a different cost, the yearly price is adjusted to reflect the real cost. The client may instead choose to manage and pay renewals directly on their own.

Hosting

The website is deployed on Cloudflare Pages (free tier). Hosting is managed by Nodeflowing during the project and handed over to the client at launch. While the site is managed by Nodeflowing it stays on Cloudflare, unless the project requires a different platform. Because the client receives the complete deploy-ready files, the site can also be hosted on any other platform in the future, with or without a domain. Any paid third-party service a project may require is agreed with the client beforehand. Nodeflowing is not responsible for third-party hosting service outages.

Limitation of liability

Nodeflowing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
