Service

Nodeflowing provides custom portfolio website design for architects and creative professionals. The scope, deliverables, and timeline are agreed upon before work begins.

Payment

A $200 deposit is required to start the project, after an initial call. The remaining $197 is due when the website is ready to go live. Both payments are processed through Whop. The deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from when we receive the required project materials (photos, project descriptions, and any references). Delays caused by late delivery of materials on the client's side extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Revisions

Revisions to achieve the agreed result are included in the price. Requests for fundamentally different designs or significant scope changes after the project has started may be subject to additional fees, to be agreed upon in writing.

Ownership

Upon final payment, the client owns the website files. Nodeflowing retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Domain

A custom .com domain is included for the first year. After the first year, domain renewal costs $15/year, payable directly to the registrar. Nodeflowing does not manage domain renewals on behalf of clients.

Hosting

The website is deployed on Cloudflare Pages (free tier). Hosting is managed by Nodeflowing during the project and transferred to the client upon delivery. Nodeflowing is not responsible for third-party hosting service outages.

Limitation of liability

Nodeflowing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
